Refund Policy

This is the Refund Policy for The Tordoff Gallery, accessible from https://tordoff.com.

Returns

Your satisfaction with your purchase is paramount to us. We go out of our way to provide as much information as possible via our photos and the descriptions of our movie posters to ensure there is no confusion. However, in the unlikely event that you do need to return your purchase, our policy is aligned to UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulation.

According to the above Regulation, you must ‘without undue delay’ ie. within 14 days from the date of the receipt, notify us that you wish to return your order. You have a further 14 days to return the order to us.

If the 14 days have elapsed, we can no longer accept a refund or exchange.

If you proceed with a return, your order must arrive back to us in the same condition as it was received. Please use your original packaging as this is designed to protect your order during transit.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and send an email to notify you that we have received your order. We will get in touch once again should we need to discuss any problems, or to notify you of the approval of your refund.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will show up on your original method of payment. (Please allow approx. 5 days, although it can take longer for your payment provider to credit your account).

Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you don’t see the refund in your account, please make sure that you check your bank statement/payment provider statement first. If you still haven’t received the refund to your account, contact us (info@tordoff.com) and we will reconfirm that the payment has been made.

Shipping

If you need to make a return, please send your carefully packaged parcel to: The Tordoff Gallery, Tordoff House, 6 High Street, Pateley Bridge, Harrogate, HG3 5AW, United Kingdom.

Please note that you are responsible for the payment of any shipping costs and that these costs are non-refundable by us. The parcel must be carefully packaged in order to prevent damage during transit.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom Framing

We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to a poster by custom framing.
